How to update your Mutli Factor Authentication recovery information
Setting or changing your recovery information
How to set this up, and change this information:

- Enter your Brandon Trust email address and click Next

- Enter your current Brandon Trust password and click Sign in

- Enter the MFA authorisation if requested (if you no longer have the phone in question, you will need to contact IS Support to get the phone number updated).
- You should then see the following screen, the numbered items and their explanation is listed below:

- Allows you to add a new method for confirming your identity, we recommend adding at least one Phone entry.
- Allows you to change the phone number that it will use to contact you.
- Allows you to remove the an authentication method. (in the case that you no longer have the number or device).
Please note, that this change is setup for both Multi-Factor Authentication and Self-Service Password Reset, so any changes made here will affect both experiences.
In this example, we will setup another phone number:



- Select United Kingdom, enter the phone number you wish to use and click Next
