How to reset the contents of your Android mobile phone

Do note that following these steps will wipe all data off your phone.
On the phone, swipe down from the top, and tap the cog
Swipe to the bottom and tap About phone
On the phone, swipe down from the top, and tap the cog
Swipe to the bottom and tap About phone
Tap Reset at the bottom
Tap Factory data reset
Tap Reset, enter your pin to confirm and select Delete all. It may take some time for the reset to complete.
