Sending Egress Emails with Outlook

Open Outlook and click on New Email

You now have three new buttons on the toolbar like the ones above.

Here you can set your encryption level (default is Unprotected), set a validity period (dates that someone is able to open if from, and when they will no longer be able to open it), and attaching any large files.

Once you have set these settings, and composed your email, press Send as normal.

The recipient will then be able to see the above screen to access the information.
