How to book a meeting room at Draycott House using Microsoft outlook
1. Open up your Outlook application.
2. Navigate over to your own Calendar using the button in the bottom left corner:

3. Click the New Meeting button in the top left corner:

4. Fill out the fields as appropriate and then be sure to invite the relevant Meeting Room as one of the attendees:

5. When you send the booking invites out, the staff at the reception desk will get a notification that will let them either allow or decline the meeting based on the availability of the Meeting Room.
If accepted, the meeting will appear on your own calendar after a few minutes.
