How to use Teamviewer to enable support

When IS request to connect to your tablet, you will need to provide your Teamviewer ID and password.
1) Click on the up arrow on the system tray. This is near the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
2) Click on the TeamViewer icon once to open the software.
3) Tell IS your ID and password.
4) Once IS have connected, you should see this window in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. This indicates that IS are currently on your tablet.
5) Once IS have disconnected from your tablet, you will see the below window appear. Please click Generate new.
Using Teamviewer on an Android Phone
1) Open TeamViewer QuickSupport on your Brandon mobile. If you've used the mobile app before, skip to step 7.
2) Tap AGREE AND CONTINUE
3) Swipe left until you reach this screen and tap DONE
4) Tap Continue
5) Tap SETTINGS
6) Tap the toggle switch for QuickSupport on the list of apps that should appear. The switch should appear blue when it is switched on. Press the Android back button to return to the QuickSupport App
7) Give IS the ID number displayed on your phone
8) When IS attempt to connect, you will need to tap ALLOW
9) You might see the below message. If so, tap Start now
10) IS should now be connected to your phone and you will see this screen before they start working.
