How to backup contacts (Backup to SIM)
If you need to reset your phone or are getting a replacement phone. It's worth checking that you contacts are being saved to the Sim card. Please follow the steps below:
1: On the home screen of the phone tap on the Phone app:
2: Then tap on the Contacts option at the bottom:
3: In Contacts, tap on the three dots icon and then tap on Manage Contacts in the menu that appears
4: Tap Import or Export Contacts
5: Tap on the Export option
6: Choose SIM 1
7: It will now show you a list of all the contacts that aren't already saved to the SIM. Tap on All at the top to select them all and then tap Done at the bottom.
8: Tap Export and it will then save all of those contacts to the sim.
The sims will now be saved onto the sim. When you reset the phone or put the sim into a new phone, the contacts should appear.
