Draycott House - Meeting Room 1 - Downstairs

Introduction

This guide has been created for the instruction on how to use the Video Conferencing solution within the downstairs Meeting Room 1.

Instruction

To use the meeting room conferencing solution:

Walk into the meeting room.
Turn on the TV using the remote.
Plug in your computer to the docking station.
The TV will switch to mirroring your computer.
1. The sound will switch to the Conferencing solution.
2. The microphone will switch to the Conferencing solution.

You can now begin your meeting / presentation. The camera will automatically zoom in and out to capture the people that are in the room and does not need to be adjusted.

Changing device source

There may be times where you plug in and the source may not automatically change, or where you want to manually change the source yourself, eg, you might want to use the meeting room microphone, but would prefer to use your laptop camera. All this is possible by reading the below.

When in a call, select More > Settings > Device Settings
You will see all of your devices that are available to you. This can be changed by adjusting the varying drop downs and selecting the device that you want to use. You can also adjust the varying volume levels if needed.
