What is Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)

Bring Your Own Device, or as its known in most circles as only BYOD, is a solution that allows you to use your own personal device, such a smartphone, to connect to the Brandon network and access the Brandon data and applications. It is available to provide more flexibility in using the devices that you feel more comfortable with.

Signing up to BYOD will allow you to use additional Brandon applications on your own mobile phone such as:

Microsoft Outlook

For sending and receiving emails. Keep up to date on things that are happening within Brandon, your services, and what your colleagues are sending you.

Microsoft Teams

For all your messaging needs. Send messages to your teammates and shared chats. GIF’s included free of charge.

Microsoft 365

When working on the go. Access and edit documents from all the normal places such as OneDrive or Sharepoint all from the convenience of your pocket.

Office Lense

Need to quickly scan a document? Capture a document as quick as taking a photo, edit or adjust, and save. A portable scanner in your pocket.
