Booking Annual Leave
Introduction
This guide has been created to show you how to book your annual leave using B-HIVE.
Booking annual leave
To submit a request for annual leave please follow the below instructions.
- Sign into B-HIVE. B-Hive 9.10.6 (myciphr247.com)
- Navigate through the menus to Personal Data > Time Management > Time Off

- You will be presented with all of your time off records. To add a new request select Insert New Record from the bottom of the screen.

- Fill in the request as required, paying attention to Absence Start and Absence End dates where you would like your holiday to begin and end. Once you have selected your period of absence, you can then adjust each day specifically to meet your needs as the days appear.

- When you are happy with your request, select Insert located at the bottom of the screen.

- Your request will be successfully submitted and sent to your reporting manager for verification.
When you annual leave request is processed by your manager you will receive an email to confirm if this has been accepted or declined.
