Zen Telephone - Yealink Handset Reset
Introduction
There may be times when a Zen IP Phone handset needs to be reset. The below instructions are how this is complete. Please do not do this unless requested to by a member of the Digital Services team. Resetting a phone, without informing the provider will cause the configuration to fail and needs to be performed only with prior notice.
1) From the handset, push the middle round button to bring up the phones options.
2) Navigate to the icon of a cog to go into the settings.
3) From the settings menu, navigate down until you get to Option 8 - System Settings.
4) Select the option of Base Reset. This will clear all of the settings - and pull down a fresh configuration for the device.
If it asks for a PIN, please can you try entering 0000
The phone will being to reset - this reset can take between 30-60 minutes to complete its reconfiguration.
