By the end of this guide you'll be able to reset android devices including Nourish phones and tablets. In this guide we'll be using a phone for demonstration but the steps are the same for a tablet.
Step 1:
Swipe Left -> Settings -> About Tablet -> Reset -> Factory Data Reset -> Delete All
Step 2:
- Power on the device and follow the on-screen prompts to:
- Select the preferred language and connect to Wi-Fi
- Set a secure 6-digit PIN.
Please avoid easily guessable combinations such as 123456, 111111, or similar.
- Communicate the chosen PIN to the relevant service staff.
- Download Company apps and then complete the device registration process as instructed.
Step 3:
Go to Settings -> Display -> Screen Timeout -> Set to 10 minutes
Step 4:
Once you're in the device wait 20 - 30 minutes for the download apps screen to appear
Step 5:
Press "Grant" on overlay permission
Step 6:
Tap the button to enable Managed Home Screen.
Step 7:
Press "Grant" on Alarms and Reminders
Step 8:
Press the button to allow permissions
Step 9:
Your device will now go into Kiosk mode where you can sign in with your Brandon login details
