Zen Phone Quick Troubleshooting

Error
- Data Initializing
- Take out the battery and place back in.
- No Line Connected
- Unplug the base station for 10 seconds
- Provision failed.

The phone is not working - check the following things:
- Ensure that the ethernet cable is plugged into the FON port on the router. It should not be plugged into any of the LAN ports.
- Reset the router.
- If the number is being ported, may need to wait 24 hours if the existing phone has gone dead.
- Check that the router has internet - the phone runs through the internet.
