Below are some of the quickest solutions that have been found for issues with the Zen phones:

The phone is not working - check the following things:

  • Ensure that the ethernet cable is plugged into the FON port on the router.  It should not be plugged into any of the LAN ports.
  • Reset the router.
  • If the number is being ported, may need to wait 24 hours if the existing phone has gone dead.
  • Check that the router has internet - the phone runs through the internet.
