Accessing Delegated Mailbox in Mimecast If you have requested access to a mailbox, you may have been given access to the mailbox archive through Mimecast. Please follow the steps below to access this mailbox: 1) Visit https://www.mimecast.com/login/ 2) Enter your Brandon Trust email and then click Next. It may log you in straight away or it will redirect you to a Microsoft log in page, complete that log in process and it should then take you to step 3 of this guide. 3) Once logged in, click on Access my Email 4) Then click on Mimecast Personal Portal 5) This will take you through to an archive version of your mailbox. From here, click on your username/profile on the top right. 6) Any mailboxes you have been given access to should show under Delegates. Click on Open and this will then open a new tab with that users Archive Mailbox.

"A message triggered content policies" or so they say Navigate to Message Center -> Message Centre -> Held Messages Go to the Held Queue and add a filter for the "Moderator" group Select the email Click "Message" then "Show message content Check the message sender, subject, and content and decide if its a scam Take the appropriate action (Release or Reject)
