Making a call on Teams

To make a call on through your Teams you need to do the following:

Desktop Application

1. Select the Calls menu from the left navigation bar.
2. You will have a Dial Pad from the bottom left of your screen.
3. Enter the number that you wish to dial and select the Call button.
4. If the person you are calling is within Brandon then you can search for them using the search box at the top-centre of your Teams window, and then click on the dial option when your new chat window appears.

Mobile Application

1. Select Calls from the bottom navigation bar.
2. Select the telephone icon from the top right of the screen.
3. Enter the number that you wish to dial and select the Call button.

Your call will start ringing and behave as a normal telephone call would.

Receiving a call on Teams

When someone calls your number on Teams you need to do the following:

1. You will receive a pop up on your screen to show that someone is calling.
2. Select the Answer call button to begin the call.
