How to reset the contents of your Android mobile phone
Do note that following these steps will wipe all data off your phone. On the phone, swipe down from the top, and tap the cog Swipe to the bottom and tap About phone Tap Reset at the bottom Tap Factory data reset Tap Reset, enter your pin to confirm and select Delete all. How to upgrade Android Mobile Phone
This article will show you how to upgrade your Android mobile phone. 1) Unlock your phone 2) Swipe up to bring up your applications and select Settings 3) Scroll to the bottom and select Software Update 4) The phone will check for an update. If one is availible it will show Download and Install - select this. 5) The phone will show your update details. Select Download 6) The phone will begin downloading the update. 7) Once finished you will need to select Install now to begin the update. 8) This can take around 10 minutes, and your phone will restart during and cannot be used. 9) Once the phone has finished updating you will be good to use it again. Depending on how out of date your phone is, you may need to do this process a few times until the phone reports that there are no further updates to install.

How to backup contacts (Backup to SIM)
If you need to reset your phone or are getting a replacement phone. It's worth checking that you contacts are being saved to the Sim card. Please follow the steps below: 1: On the home screen of the phone tap on the Phone app: 2: Then tap on the Contacts option at the bottom: 3: In Contacts, tap on the three dots icon and then tap on Manage Contacts in the menu that appears 4: Tap Import or Export Contacts 5: Tap on the Export option 6: Choose SIM 1 7: It will now show you a list of all the contacts that aren't already saved to the SIM. Tap on All at the top to select them all and then tap Done at the bottom. 8: Tap Export and it will then save all of those contacts to the sim. The sims will now be saved onto the sim. When you reset the phone or put the sim into a new phone, the contacts should appear.

Upload on while charging: Self Explanatory Include Videos: Self Explanatory 9: To check the status of the backup, return to the Me menu and select the photos options, the photos will appear here. If you have a lot of photos this may take some time to back up, please keep checking to see the progress.
